1. Can you charge the battery while riding and pedaling the bicycle?

A) Yes, it is an absolutely great idea and the best way to get the most out of every charge.
3. Can you order a second battery?
A) Yes, please see our spare parts or call us.
4. Is there any maintenance I should do?
A) Yes, you should:
1. Oil the chain approximately once a month
2. Keep your brake pads aligned
3. Give your bike a lot of T.L.C. as it will serve you and your bike well.
5. When I ride the bike it makes a squealing/awkward noises or my tires seemed to be restricted, what do I do?
A) Either of the signs means that your disc brake pads are not aligned, thus causing tension and the noise while riding your bike. Most models have #4 Allan Wrench minor adjustments which are located on the brake pad itself.
6. What causes and is there anything I can do about the rattle noise I hear when I’m riding?
A) The small rattle noise you might hear occasionally while riding is caused by the battery not being completely snug/tight. We are currently working on possibilities, but the problem is if the battery is too snug/tight it becomes very difficult to remove.
